We offer individual, small group and couples counseling through in-person and/or virtual settings to clients ages 13 and up.

Our therapists are trained in a variety of emotional healing approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindful-Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
