In Case of Emergency

If you are experiencing an immediate mental health emergency, please do one or more of the following:

  1. Call 911

  2. Call the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988

  3. Go to the hospital emergency room of your choice

  4. If in Lake County, Florida then contact the 24-Hour Access Center at 866-355-9394

Our five-stage model is based on HOPE and HEALING:

  1. Building a client/counselor therapeutic bond to instill hope and connection.

  2. Completing an in-depth and thorough evaluation.

  3. Providing tools for physical and emotional regulation.

  4. Processing the trauma through a narrative approach, if needed; and

  5. Exploring post-traumatic growth.
