THERAPIST CREDENTIALS & THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES

The Therapists at Healing Wounds Healthcare (HWHC) have Master’s Degrees in the areas of mental health counseling, social work and/or marriage and family therapy. Our therapists are fully licensed and/or working towards FLDOH licensure. Our Therapists are trained in a variety of emotional healing approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindful-Based Stress Reduction, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Play Therapy.

CUSTOMIZED PLANS

Customized Plans can include both therapy and coaching services.

Therapy is a more intensive form of treatment to help with psychological distress and, if there is a medical necessity to services, the cost of therapy is often covered by Behavioral Health Insurance plans.

Life coaching offers emotional support and skill-building in between sessions to help clients move towards their mental and emotional health goals. Life coaching is not covered by insurance plans.

Our emotional support coaches offer personalized support for many of life's challenges and stressors. Whether it's helping an overwhelmed parent, a stressed-out college student, or a person who is grieving from death or divorce - they are there for you!

Each one of our emotional support coaches has lived experience, has overcome difficult obstacles, and has specialized training in crisis response and trauma care. Their passion is to come beside others and help them move towards a more fulfilled life.

  Services & Rates

Therapy Sessions 50-55 minutes

Most of our Therapists are In-Network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Tricare. We also accept some Medicare plans, but we do not accept Medicaid at this time

$175 for Intake

$150 for Follow Up Sessions

Reduced Rates available for Non-Insured or Under-Insured Self-Paying Clients

Emotional Support Coaching

Coaching is not covered under insurance
Coaching is $30 for 30 minutes

or $60 for 60 minutes

Payment

We accept cash and all major credit cards, including HSA cards.  
​Full payment is required at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full session rate unless otherwise discussed or in cases of illness or emergency.
